Our Foundation

The Kelli Tani Foundation was established in 2024 in loving memory of our daughter, Kelli, whose life was defined by passion and a deep commitment to serving others—a legacy we continue to honor and celebrate. Kelli excelled in her academics, her career, and in the enduring friendships she built along the way, and it is our hope that her light will forever shine brightly, guiding and uplifting all those she left behind.

At the Kelli Tani Foundation, we believe in empowering young people to thrive.  We are dedicated to supporting students through scholarships that advance their academic pursuits, funding service projects that strengthen the community, and sponsoring school activities that inspire pride and spirit.

Throughout her life, Kelli was uplifted by the guidance and leadership of the many organizations she was a part of, each of which nurtured her growth and inspired her to give back.

In honoring that legacy, the Kelli Tani Foundation has proudly awarded scholarships to

  • a graduating senior of South Bay FOR ,

  • a transfer student from El Camino College to UCLA,

  • a graduate of the NYU Stern Business School, and

  • a rising golf athlete at Torrance High School.

Beyond scholarships, the Foundation has extended its support to a variety of community endeavors including:

  • Tigers Youth Club Golf Tournament,

  • Torrance High School Golf Tournament,

  • Centenary UMC Golf Tournament,

  • World War II Camp Wall.

We have also contributed to programs that foster connection and school spirit, such as

  • Wood Elementary School’s Special Someone Luncheon

  • Torrance High School’s ASB activities

  • Kaio Foundation Kumakahi Hula Festival
